GRACE ACADEMY NOW TAKES 3 YEAR OLDS!!
Today at the Fredrick Festival for the Arts, we heard, again, that there are many three years olds out there whose families wish they could attend our school. Our school is licensed for children ages 3-5; so, after much continued thought and consideration, the decision has been made to include 3-year olds in our program. Effective immediately, enrollment is now open for children who will be 3 no later than the end of September, 2014.

This week we are focusing on water. All kinds of waters. We have oceans, lakes and rivers.
Today, Monday, we looked at the ocean. What can we find in the ocean. We looked at a youtube video about sharks, whales and and fish. We listened to ocean waves and relaxing music. We read "The Raindobw Fish" by Marcus Pfister, Swiss and J. Alison James, and "Bored, Bored, Bored" by Jill Newton.
We created our own rainbow fish and sharks. We even went deep sea fishing where we discovered fish and sea shells. Once we discovered our shells and fish, we put them into different categories according to sizes.
